Customer Service Specialist- Health Care industry
Medical Coding Knowledge Highly Preferred
Inhealthcare LLC is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Specialists to support medical coders looking to become AAPC certified via the Supercoder Training Camp Solution.
A successful Customer Service Specialist will follow up with medical coders who sign up for our training camp solution – a 3-day bootcamp to prepare for AAPC certification. They will be required to coordinate with our customers to ensure a positive experience. This position reports directly to the director of Sales and Marketing for Inhealthcare.com.

Duties: |
-Develop new business through prospecting and provided leads
-Provide exceptional customer service and form strong client relationships
-Maintain accurate customer records in CRM
-Incorporate sales strategies to sell additional products
Required qualifications include:
-Strong personal organization and time management skills
-Excellent communication and analytical skills
-Solid understanding of internet-based tools, including Word and Excel, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
-Some experience working in the Health Care industry preferred |
